Forms Creation    
E-ZBILL can help clients design forms that improve efficiency 
and clearly communicate critical information.  Many forms can 
be converted, and then used on PC formats such as Word.  
For example, a computerized progress report can be accessed 
from any PC. This standardized form can be customized and 
applied to many different conditions.  The provider would simply 
"click" their choices to make the progress report patient 
specific.  Once a form is computerized it can then be saved to 
disk, hard drive, printed and stored for many years.  This format 
can also be applied to fee tickets, patient receipts, and letters of 
medical necessity.
